Cancellations | Returns | Refunds


Bespoke / custom made orders may be cancelled providing that raw materials have not been ordered and production processes have not commenced. Regrettably, if raw materials have been ordered or production has commenced then it will be too late to cancel your order, as we will be unable to sell on materials ordered in specifically for your order.

Stock items can usually be cancelled prior to despatch.



Stock items can be returned within 7 days subject to a 15% handling fee providing items are returned in perfect unused brand new condition and are re-saleable at the full selling price. Returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Bespoke / custom made orders can only be returned if they are deemed to be faulty. Where alterations or modifications have been carried out by the customer or a third party, then returns will not be accepted back unless by prior agreement.



Refunds will be given for stock item returns only.  A handling fee will apply, proof of purchase must accompany the returns.

Refunds for transactions made using a debit card may take 7-10 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
